Physical Description
Theo is a very slim dog, with sleek legs and a thick coat of fur, useful for keeping the cold out. His paws have fur in between the toes, with long claws and rough paw pads. His ears perk up, and are soft to the touch, but don't flop over in any circumstance. He has a long muzzle and a small nose, with thick cheek fur. Theodore's fur is mostly dark in coloring with white paws, a white chest and underbelly, and white tip of tail. His tail is slightly curled, and the fur on it is quite thick, though sometimes it curls a bit more, looking more like a husky's.

[Theo is affectionate, but also caring, the difference is that when he shows he cares for you, he tends to be a bit harsher and break reality with someone when they're about to do something that could injure them. History

    Theodore was born to two dogs that had met inside the vault, and fallen in love, and made the decision to start a life together, only to question their choices once Theo and his brother Russo came into the world. 
    The two boys didn't know their mother for long, only a few days before she became sick, having lost a lot of blood during the birth of her pups. They grew up with a den-mother nursing them, their father often visiting them, licking the tops of their heads affectionately after returning from his work. It wasn't long before they were taken out of the vaults, and into the newly formed Paradise district. They were in awe of all the space, new places, and new homes. Soon, the boys were put into training as Rookies, alongside one another. Their father was more absent now, but still checked in on the two to make sure they were alright, but it was rare to see his face. 
    Their training was long and hard, and somewhat brutal. Every night they'd sit next to each other in their little niche of a home, laughing to each other about their days and making little off handed comments about the dogs who'd teased them or bragged. All the while nursing one another's sore paws until the two fell asleep, long legs tangled together.
    About 3/4 through their training the boys got news to report to the medic's den, why? They didn't know, until they arrived. Gasps escaped from muzzles as they saw their father laying bloodied on the floor of the den, bandaged up and broken. They were told that he'd gone missing from a patrol earlier that day, claiming he'd wanted to check out a certain area, and had gone alone. It was a while before he had reported back and the others in the patrol had gone to search for him, they'd found him in that condition and dragged him back to paradise. They stated they had no idea what had done it, only assumed it was a rogue dog or a feral. He died a few hours later of blood loss.
    Once the two were enforcers, they were quite the pair. They worked together flawlessly, but they started growing apart as Theodore began gaining recognition from higher ranks. He'd caught quite a few dogs and brought them to Paradise as slaves. One mission was the one that had changed his life, he'd chased off a feral, successfully getting it away from Paradise after it had injured two dogs on his patrol fairly badly. It wasn't too dangerous of a feral, but it was enough to break the leg of one dog and knock the other out of his senses for a few moments. With loud barks and quick reflexes he'd chased it off for long enough that it would leave them enough time to make their way back to Paradise. Bringing the limping dogs back to Paradise and into the medic's den, he watched over them alongside the medic, helping them regain the feeling in their injured legs and tails by working them with stretches and taking them for walks around Paradise. He'd felt it was his fault they'd gotten injured like that, though it really wasn't. 
    One day, on a walk alone in Paradise, he ran into a dog by the name of Leona. Her communication was rough, though he helped her with it, and the two quickly became friends.
